The Dining Room occupies the space of the former main milling floor. Voted by Zagat as one of New Jersey's top restaurants for decor, the room exudes understated warmth and ambience. Deep windowsills, exposed beams, crisp white walls and a knotty pine floor blend well with muted linens, polished brass accents and a contemporay tabletop. Historic photos depicting the Mill's long history hang by heavy chestnut timbers notched by the wear of ropes & belts once part of the milling machinery. With seating for 75 guests the handsome Dining Room is also popular for private parties.
