A little something about the local farmers and products we love and support here at The Inn at Millrace Pond.
Our fresh herb garden grows next to the millrace house from spring to late fall providing our Chef with his choice of fresh herbs.
All of our fresh shell eggs are raised local and cage free from Drake’s Farm in Warren County.
We use the freshest picked seasonal vegetables grown locally from our neighbor farmers at Tranquility Farm in Allamuchy, NJ.
Just across the Delaware, in Pennsylvania, Glenview Dairy provides us with all of our milk, butter, and dairy products.
All of our seafood is sustainable and follows the recommendations of the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch Guide.
Our honey comes locally from Harvey’s Honey Farm located in Monroeville, NJ.
During the holiday season we use only fresh turkey from Ashley Farms in Flanders, NJ.
